Returns & Refunds policy

At STAG18, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, tested, or where the customer is dissatisfied with the fragrance preference.

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the issue.

Upon review and verification of the claim, STAG18 may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product, store credit, or issue a refund. Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Refunds approved by STAG18 will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
